Who it’s for

One site. One reality. Different accountabilities.

Every finding below is a disagreement between two feeds the contractor already owns. Background reads across them and routes what matters to the person who can act on it.

Composing…

Telematics · GPS machine control · delivery tickets · drone survey · NEC4 contract · permits · RAMS · ITP

Every one of these already exists on site. None of them, alone, produces the finding.

The principle

The reality stays the same. The accountability changes.

Three machines standing idle for two hours is one fact. To the Construction Manager it’s work not happening. To the Commercial Manager it’s recoverable standing time with a notification clock running. To the Planner it’s a sequence about to break.

Background doesn’t send everyone the same picture and leave them to work out which part is theirs.

The same site, read through a different responsibility.

Timing

Not everything needs to interrupt someone.

An exposure forming right now and a quarterly assurance pack are both understanding. They should not arrive the same way.

Ambient Something is forming now, and there is still time to stop it.
Daily What changed, and what needs the morning brief.
Weekly What is improving, what is drifting, what is becoming a pattern.
Monthly Which interventions actually changed the outcome.
Quarterly What the organisation learned, and what should be repeated.
On demand What actually happened — timestamped, traceable, defensible.
Next step

See it compose around your own project.

Walk a real finding from the feeds that produced it to the person who acted on it.
